Biography
Mr. Pope is board certified in the area of Real Estate Law. Board certified attorneys have received the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar of competency and experience in their specialization, and in professionalism and ethics in their general practice. Board Certification in the area of Real Estate law is held by less than 1% of all attorneys in the State of Florida. Mr. Pope also holds a AV rating, the highest rating obtainable by an attorney from Martindale-Hubbell, an international database that provides information for lawyer referrals.
Mr. Pope, a life-long Floridian, is active in several community organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors for Futures, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation supporting educational quality for the Volusia County Public School System.
