The attorneys of the Cobb Cole Real Estate Law Practice Section regularly provide representation to developers, unit owners, lot owners, and members of boards of directors of condominium, time-share, cooperative, homeowner and property owners associations. The Real Estate Law Practice Section routinely advises Associations with their daily legal matters, including compliance with federal, state and local laws, and the preparation, interpretation and enforcement of the Associations' governing documents such as the articles, bylaws, declarations, management contracts, construction contracts, budgets, and rules and regulations. The Real Estate Law Practice Section also works with the Firm's other practice groups on issues relating to financing, covenant enforcement, collection, foreclosure and construction law to ensure that the Associations' legal needs are addressed in the most efficient, professional, and cost-effective manner.
