Rachel Inez Pringle
Ms. Pringle joined the firm in 2016 and practices in the areas of environmental and land use law. As a land use attorney she assists landowners and developers in securing entitlements and approvals necessary to develop their land. In her environmental practice she assists current and prospective property owners in conducting environmental due diligence, contamination assessment, and cleanup of contaminated property.
Ms. Pringle graduated from The Florida State School of Law in 2015 where she focused her studies in environmental, land use, trial advocacy, and administrative law. She was a member of the mock trial team from 2012-2015, participating in competitions across the country. She was also on the board of several the school’s extracurricular organizations; organizing fundraising events for the local women’s shelter, educational and networking events for students, and the annual Florida State National Mock Trial Competition. While in law school she interned at the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and following law school she worked for the Department of Environmental Protection.
