Mr. Bond received the Ll.B. degree from Duke University in 1964 and practiced with the firm continuously until he retired in 2004. A member of Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa, Mr. Bond acted as legal counsel for national and regional lenders for more than thirty years. Board certified in real property law, Mr. Bond practiced in the real estate, probate and estate, elder law, commercial finance, and business transaction areas. He was a member of the Elder Law Section and the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar and was also a member of the Real Property Section of the American Bar Association.

Mr. Bond has served as the president and a member of the Board of Directors of the Volusia County Real Property Council and is President of the Board of Trustees of the Stetson Business School Foundation. Mr. Bond holds an AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
