Mr. Casey joined Cobb Cole in 2002 after practicing with an international law firm in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Casey is a member of both the Texas and Florida Bars and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. His practice concentrates on commercial litigation in state and federal courts including actions involving real property, landlord/tenant, foreclosures, secured transactions, debtor/creditor law, sales, construction/lien law, broker/customer relations, all manner of contracts, and the defense of ADA, Title III accessibility cases.

Mr. Casey graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Wake Forest University School of Law. While at Wake Forest, Mr. Casey was a member of the Moot Court Board.

Mr. Casey is the chairman of the board of directors for the Special Population Activities and Recreation Council of Volusia, Inc. (SPARC), is on the board of directors of the UCP of East Central Florida, a board member of the Coronado Community United Methodist Church in New Smyrna Beach, and a member of the Oceanside Rotary Club. Mr. Casey is a graduate of Leadership Daytona Class XXVIII.
