Mr. Hanna received his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, graduating cum laude in 1990. He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Florida, including the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Hanna's memberships include the Litigation, Tort and Insurance Sections of the American Bar Association, the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute. He is also a member of the Dunn-Blount Inn of Court, which is the Volusia/Flagler Chapter of the American Inns of Court.

Mr. Hanna's practice areas include, professional liability litigation, intellectual property litigation, business transaction litigation, and litigation relating to shareholder disputes as well as corporate director and officer liability.
