Mr. Kamchan is a native of Thailand, fluent in Thai and also speaks Lao fluently. He graduated from Mahasarakam Teachers College, valedictorian with a teaching certificate, B.A. in Mathematics from Warren Wilson College, Asheville, N.C., post-graduate at Eastern Kentucky University, Richmond KY, and received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, Orlando. He has been a resident of Daytona Beach and with the firm since 1978.

Mr. Kamchan is a member of Rima Ridge Baptist Church, Ormond Beach; a member of the Association of Legal Administrators; and associate member of the American Bar Association.
