Ms. Miller graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Vanderbilt University in 2003 with a B.A. in Art History. In 2006, she received her Juris Doctor cum laude from Stetson College of Law with a Concentration in Advocacy. Ms. Miller was recognized at her graduation with the E. Harris Drew Award for Excellence in Oral and Written Advocacy.
At Stetson, Ms. Miller was a member of the Moot Court Board, where she and her teammates won first place in the prestigious Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria in 2005. Ms. Miller was also the Research Editor of the Stetson Law Review and was named the Outstanding Law Review Editor. She has published in the Stetson Law Review and in the British Journal Art Antiquity and Law.
Ms. Miller joined Cobb Cole following a successful experience in the 2005 summer clerk program. Ms. Miller is a member of the Florida Bar and the National Order of Barristers, and she is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Miller has a general civil litigation practice.
