Mr. Olivari practices in Cobb and Cole's tax law section providing our clients assistance with estate planning, trust administration, guardianships and probate administration. Before joining the firm in 2003, Mr. Olivari practiced in the Ormond Beach area focusing on estate planning, probate as well as general civil matters.

Mr. Olivari received his Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University in 1993 and received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 1996. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the Volusia County Bar Association. He is a member of the Daytona Beach Rotary Club, serves as president of the Halifax Fish Associates and is a member of the Halifax Area Civic League. He is admitted to practice law in all the court's of the state of Florida as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is a graduate of the Leadership Daytona Class XIX and currently serves on the board of directors of East Coast Community Bank.
