Mr. Watts graduated from Florida State University in 1995 with a degree in International Affairs. He received a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 1998. While at Stetson, Mr. Watts served as President of the Environmental Law Society and received an Endowed Environmental Law Book Award. In addition, he was a founding member of the Student Council on Professionalism and Ethics. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Watts served as an Assistant County Attorney in Pinellas County. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. His practice concentrates on real estate, local government, land use and administrative matters. Mr. Watts is a native of Volusia County.
