Mr. Leek has been practicing labor and employment law and business and commercial litigation for nearly 20 years. He is rated an AV Preeminent lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell, and was named one of Florida's Legal Elite by Florida Trend magazine in 2012. Mr. Leek practices in federal and state courts all over Florida and across the United States. His list of clients includes the world's largest flooring manufacturer, the sixth largest insurance agency, the world's No. 1 aeronautical and engineering university, hospitals, doctors, manufacturers, developers, distributors, municipalities and many more. In 2011, Brown & Brown, Inc., a client of Mr. Leek, recognized him with its highest award for superior results in litigation by outside counsel.

In 2016, Mr. Leek was elected to the Florida House of Representatives, serving the state and the constituents of District 25. Representative Leek quickly earned his stripes, earning the Distinguished Advocate Award from the Florida Chamber of Commerce and the Legislator of the Year Award from the Associated Builders & Contractors, on his way to passing 5 of his 6 filed bills. Prior to his time in the Florida Legislature, Mr. Leek was appointed by the board of trustees to a select strategic planning committee of the University of Central Florida in 2015 to shape the university's strategic plan for decades to come. Mr. Leek has served as chairman or president of numerous civic organizations, including the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement of Volusia County, the Downtown Business & Professional Association, and many more.

Mr. Leek is married to Michelle, and they have two beautiful daughters.

  • Chief Legislative Aide to The Honorable William E. Sublette, Florida House of Representatives, District 40
  • Appeared before the Florida Supreme Court on April 6, 2010, in the case of Charlene Bifulco v. Patient Business and Financial Services, Inc.
  • Litigates business and employment matters nationally, and has been admitted pro hac vice in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee and New Jersey.
