Taylor Westfall was born and raised in Ormond Beach, Florida. Ms. Westfall attended University of Florida after graduating from Seabreeze High School. She was on the President’s List or Dean’s List every semester, was on the executive counsel of the Criminal Justice and Law Honor Society, and was on the executive board of her sorority Zeta Tau Alpha. Having graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Law, Ms. Westfall then attended Florida State University College of Law.
While in law school, Ms. Westfall was a vigorous advocate in the Criminal Litigation Skills Program and completed a certified legal externship with the State Attorney’s Office in the Seventh Judicial Circuit prosecuting misdemeanors.
She served as a guest editor for the Florida State University Law Review, Volume 44. She also was on the mock trial team from 2013-2014, participating in the Herbert Wechsler Moot Court Competition. Ms. Westfall was awarded the Book Award for Constitutional Law II in recognition of achieving the highest grade. During her law school tenure, Ms. Westfall volunteered at the Florida State University Public Interest Law Center assisting indigent clients in family law matters.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys working out and taking her Golden Retriever and Corgi to the dog beach.
